Roger Fritz

Roger Fritz was born, raised, and currently operates a farm 5 ½ miles east of Hazel. He and his family have been farming for over 37 years and raise corn, soybeans, wheat, and alfalfa on 2000 acres. After 42 years, they recently dispersed their 125 cow dairy but continue to raise dairy heifers. Along with their son-in-law Wade Prouty and son Tracy they manage a cow-calf operation and some feeder cattle.

Fritz previously served on several boards including the Grover Elevator, Codington-Hamlin DHIA, Opdahl Farm Mutual Insurance Company, Hamlin School, NE Educational Coop and various Church Council positions. Fritz is currently a member of the Hazel Elevator.
