Mike Nealon
Director of Finance

Mike Nealon was Controller for GLE from May 2002 through October 2005. Since then, Mike has served as the Director of Finance for GLE. He also is the Controller and CFO for Redfield Energy, LLC and until December 2006 was the CFO for Granite Falls Energy, LLC.

Mike was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He attended college at Creighton University in Omaha, where he received a degree in Business Adminstration with majors in Accounting and Finance.

After college, Mike worked for 6 years for Deloitte & Touche, one the the "Big 5" CPA firms. While at Deloitte & Touche, he worked on the audits of a variety of clients in the Midwest, including a number of agricultural clients, such as IBP, Scoular Grain, Cropmate and ConAgra. He earned his CPA certificate while working at Deloitte & Touche.

Mike has worked as a controller or finance manager for companies in the following industries: real estate (shopping malls and mini-storage facilities), gaming (bingo paper and pull-tabs) and banking (credit cards).

Mike and his wife, Susan, have two children. They now call Watertown their home, after moving from Sioux Falls.
